There were virtually no delays during the building process. The total amount of time to construct my home was five months which our friends still can’t believe. I would like to share my exceptional experience in having hired Caroline Contractors for the renovations to our home. Upon my initial contact with Todd he was able to quickly set up a meeting to view the jobsite and discuss my needs and visions for the older single family home we purchased. A second meeting was swiftly arranged to include the architect who then drew up the plans. Once I approved the plans I was impressed by the level of detail in the contract I was provided. Todd clearly answered any questions regarding the contract and confirmed all work would be done to current building codes. He efficiently handled all the permitting/paperwork required. Once the work commenced any issues that arose were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. Throughout the length of the project Todd was great about taking my calls and getting back to me on the few occasions I needed to leave a message. The subcontractors he used were competent, polite, and respectful. I always felt comfortable alone at the house while they did their work. Todd was on the jobsite regularly to check on the work and keep things running smoothly. As the wife of a busy active duty service member, I greatly appreciated the respect given to me as the decision maker and point of contact for the whole project. Although my project would probably be considered small in the scope of a contractors work, Todd gave it the attention and priority I felt it deserved. I am now enjoying the comfort and convenience of my new bath & laundry room, the natural light that now floods the bedroom, sitting in my den with a new ceiling that brightens the room and contains the insulation in the attic, and the ease with which I can now pull in, turn around, and park in my beautifully paved driveway! Way to go Todd! My entire experience with Caroline Contractors was outstanding! I would highly recommend them for any project requiring a GC.

Thank you for completing the project so fast and with such amazing quality. My biggest fear in adding a room to my house was that it would look “added on.” As it ended up, I had nothing to worry about as your workers did such an amazing job that the new room looks as if it was always there. Even the shingles meshed together so nicely with the original roof that you really can’t even tell where the new ones meet the old ones. On the inside, even the places where old windows needed to be removed and covered with drywall, there is no evidence that the windows were ever there…not a crack, bulge, or anything to see. The drywall work was absolutely perfect! I have been totally impressed with your organizational ability, dedication to quality work, and your friendly and informative way of keeping me updated on the progress of the job. There were no delays, no major surprises, and no real problems with this project. I would recommend you to anyone needing construction work. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and working with you. Should I ever need another project, you will be the first person I will call.

My husband and I retired and moved to Lutz from New Jersey this past January. We wanted to do some expansion of our outdoor living space and with no knowledge of where to begin the process of finding a good contractor, we started with our Real Estate Broker who happened to be Todd Caroline’s mother. She provided us with Todd’s information and we also received two other estimates. The reasons why we picked Caroline Contractors are many; his diligence in getting back to you, providing a great design based on exactly what we wanted and his vast collection of great subcontractors to handle each aspect of the project. We extended the Linai another 400 sq. ft., replaced the enclosure with a custom bronze one, added an outdoor kitchen area with grill, sink and faucet, cabinets and a dual level granite counter top and bar. Todd would visit the job each morning and again at the end of the day to make sure each part of the build was running on time. We can’t say enough about each one of them from the plumber, the electrician, the carpenter, and the stone and granite. Each was a professional, as individuals and also representing the highest quality of Caroline Contractor’s image while they each worked at our home. We were more then satisfied with the finished product coming out exactly as we had envisioned it. We would give Caroline Contractors a “5″ Star Rating!
